A Commitment to Safety in Swimming Pool Use and Care
From one client
Dear Mr. Lionetti,
I would like to take this means of informing you that I have been working with Cesar D. for the last season and he has been most helpful and has managed to service our pool on a timely basis. It is devoted employees such as Cesar that make a customer a lifetime one at Shoreline Pools.
Very truly yours,
— David L.
Shoreline Pools is steadfastly committed to swimming pool safety. Every season, we re-evaluate and update training programs, protocols, and procedures to ensure that we are leading the industry in safety standards and providing our customers with the very best service possible. Here are just a few of the safety efforts that we have in place at Shoreline Pools:
- Our leadership team serves on the governing boards for both Northeast Spa and Pool Association (NESPA) and Connecticut Spa & Pool Association (CONSPA) to guarantee that we are at the forefront of every state building code change that affects our industry and the safety of our customers.
- Our Service team offers complimentary safety inspections to all customers. Our expert technicians perform thorough inspections and make recommendations on how to increase the safety of your pool.
- All Shoreline Pools employees undergo annual safety training in our state of the art indoor instruction pool. We have more Tech 1 and Tech 2 certified professionals than any other swimming pool company.
- Shoreline Pools endorses the Safety Vacuum Release System (SVRS) and has made this technology mandatory in all new pool construction.
As with any industry, advancements and changes happen frequently. Whether you have an older pool or just moved into a new home in towns including Hastings-on-Hudson, North Salem, Pleasantville, Port Chester and beyond, we urge all pool owners to schedule regular safety inspections so that we can inform you of any functional or structural changes that can be made to meet current building codes and the new technologies available to create additional layers of protection for you and your family.
