From spring openings and fall closings to seasonal winter maintenance coverage our service operation can design a maintenance service program the best meets your operational and budget needs.
Service Plans
All of our service plans offer the flexibility of determining how long you wish your season to last.
Splash
Our Splash program provides the ultimate convenience package. A splash program can include a full season's service and supplies all in one simple program.
Some of the advantages to the Splash program are:
Premier Vacuum Service Plan
The premier Vacuum Service Plan offers a turn-key approach to your weekly vacuum and water balancing services, by now including fresh direct-from-the- truck chemicals. he plan begins following the Summerize and completed first cleaning. Simply determine how many weeks you wish your pool to be open and premier does the rest with a simplified billing plan that eliminates the need for you to store chemicals on-site. Savings are inherent as this method stops product decay (when chemicals are otherwise stored outdoors) and eliminates waste from left over amounts.
Our Premier Vacuum Services are usually combined with traditional seasonal services such as Summarize (including first cleaning) and Winterize.
Winter Maintenance Program
A Winter Maintenance Program takes aim to lessen the chance of damage to your pool's tile, masonry, and winter cover during this period. It also attempts to maintain water clarity to benefit the pool's interior finish.
The maintenance of water level throughout the winter is central to correct winter care and is the foundation of our Winter Maintenance Program.
Specifically our program includes:
Early Buy Chemical Purchase Program
The "Early Buy" is an opportunity for the customer to achieve great savings on chemicals with order and full payment remitted to our office by March 1st (Early Buy purchase are not needed when choosing Premier Vacuum Service or Splash Programs).
Traditional Seasonal Services
Summerize
Summerize services include the removal of your winter cover, installation of all equipment and accessories, start of filter system, fire heater and testing the water for balancing.
Scheduling to have your pool opened earlier in spring has definite advantages!
Winterize
The Winterizing procedure is accomplished for most pool owners during the period of mid-September to early November. We disconnect and remove pump(s) and accessories from the filter area. Preferably, specific items are stored inside a warm location on the owner's property. The water level is then lowered approximately eighteen inches (18") below the coping stone at the edge of the pool. Adjusting the water level serves two purposes: first, it enables us to use compressed air to remove water from the pipelines preventing possible freezing of pipes; secondly, it prevents ice from forming around the tile band and coping stones which encircle the inside top of the pool. The undue pressure created by the formation of ice can lift coping stones out of place. We then plug all water lines and place a "Shoreline installed" pool cover.
The Winterize process has four objectives, they are:
Basic Vacuum Services
Includes vacuuming the pool, cleaning tiles and skimmer baskets. Testing and balancing pool water, cleaning pump baskets (s0, backwashing filter and addition of required chemicals.
First/Initial Cleaning
First Vacuum Cleaning is a one-time cleaning scheduled similarly to First Cleanings that open our regular vacuum Services.
Drain and Clean
Mineral stains and/or deposits, chlorine stains, and even dirt stains can cause your pool to lose its original luster. A full Drain & Clean can restore your pool's original fresh and clear appearance.
Draining and Cleaning can and most often will revitalize a pool's finish. It can remove staining and result in a more even color tone. However, it can also bring out previously unseen highlights by darkening a light finish or by lightening a dark finish.
When ordering a "Drain and Clean," the pool is completely drained and the interior surface is thoroughly washed.
The owner chooses this Service for the following reasons:
Important: A Drain and Clean process involves the use of an dangerous acid substance. Pool company personnel are specially trained in its application and wear protective clothing and breathing apparatus during the acid wash.
Following the draining and cleaning, we will start filling the pool with household tap water (unless notified by you that you wish to purchase "trucked-in" water).

Leak Detection and Repair
Success in the leak detection field requires a combination of the right equipment, experience, instinct and determination. Sometimes leaks are fairly easy to find and other times they can be more difficult.
When your pool has a leak problem, you don't need a hassle; you need a company that can provide solutions, quickly and efficiently.
We offer expert leak detection for your pool. We handle the problem from start to finish, finding the source of the leak, and then performing whatever repairs are needed to fix the problem. Our leak detection people are the best in the business. We use certified divers only. They have the training, equipment, experience, and instinct necessary to find the problem quickly.
Our leak detection includes pressure testing all the plumbing and dye testing the structure of the pool. If the pressure test indicates a leak, we then use sophisticated listening equipment to pinpoint the source of the leak (usually within six inches each time!)
Usually, we recommend leak detection if the pool is losing at least 1/2 inch of water per day. (any less than that may be too little to detect) We recommend checking the obvious sources such as leaking backwash valves before commencing leak detection.
Swimming Pool Cover Repair
We are pleased to offer the following cover repair program for your convenience:
On request, all swimming pool covers will be picked up during the month of June to have their springs removed at our warehouse in Stamford, Connecticut. Each cover will then be transferred to the cover manufacturer for evaluation (please see information form).
The policy of the cover company is to appraise the condition of the entire cover, checking the wearbands, straps, panels, and stitching, then to indicate to us the estimated cost of repair. At this point we will notify you of the estimate and await your approval.
If you wish that only specific holes and tears be repaired, please indicate this by providing us with a brief description in note form with remarks/comments written on our enclosed information form. It is the policy of the cover company to automatically estimate all repairs and reinforcements to the cover which they deem to be in your best interest.
On request, estimates will be provided for major repair needs. Examples of major repair items include and are not limited to: hydraulic pump replacement, electric motor replacement, pulleys/ slider replacement, cover fabric repair, drilling and install of new cover track anchors, heavy debris removal from cover box, needed repair of cover box drainage, etc.
