For 40 years Shoreline's pool service and maintenance department has dedicated itself to providing our customers with unparalleled customer service. Our comprehensive and economical service plans furnish our clients with a worry free and protective environment year round.

Our full-time technical crews are professionally trained, industry certified, and highly skilled. Even our vacuum service staff receives training that is superior to any other pool service company. All field and office support service personnel are constantly introduced and updated as to the latest industry products and developments. All field employees receive practical hands-on instruction in our in-house pool training facility that includes a specially designed pool, spa and equipment composition.

Our dedicated customer care representatives and area managers are on premises every weekday and most Saturdays to answer your questions and handle your requests.

Our fleet of 100 radio dispatched GPS tracked vehicles are well known and provide us with the ability to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Most familiar are our clearly marked light blue colored service vans that have become a community standard representing superior pool care quality and reliability.

We only use the highest quality of pool chemicals and equipment. We also maintain the largest on-site chemical and parts inventory in the region, ensuring timely repairs to our service customers.
