Because you have an existing pool, do not think that you are strictly limited to restoring what you have. Many of these add-ons and upgrades are useful in preserving energy and saving you money in the long run. The options are endless.

Spas

A spa can be added to any existing pool. You can also place a new spa within the walls of an existing pool. This is common when there is an automatic cover on the pool, and the owner wants both the pool and the new spa to be covered.

Equipment

Lighting

There are various styles of new lighting that have become available. To replace the older incandescent pool lights, there has been an introduction of LED lights. Also, the life on an LED light is roughly 5 times that of an incandescent bulb. LED lights can be added to the existing light "niche" of any incandescent light.
