Shoreline finished my pool at the end of May. From beginning to end, from Rich Collerini to Joe Q, to the excavators, masons, electricians (Kevin & Brian from New England Lighting), and plumbers, Shoreline has been wonderful. Bob was thorough and easy to reach on the billing. Victoria & Amanda were always willing to help problem solve. In short, my experience was one of a highly professional staff and crew. And, not to forget Bob E. who goes above and beyond in his care of the pool, including scrubbing away the calcium that leaches from the cement in the spa facing.

From the very beginning Rich emphasized safety, including advising a master shut off switch because my pool equipment is a significant distance from the pool. I hope I never have to use it, but I feel confident that every step has been taken to protect my family and friends. Plus, your set up staff was absolutely thorough in ensuring that I understood how the pool mechanics work and how they can be shut off.

Besides being thrilled with the pool/spa, my #1 compliment to Shoreline's staff and crew is that I was always treated with politeness and respect. Every question, every logistical problem, was addressed calmly and solved quickly.

Thank you particularly to Rich Collerini who listened to my ideas, added his own (and some from John, the site planner) and basically held my hand through the entire process without ever losing his cool. I talked to 5 or 6 pool companies before I talked to Rich. He was the only salesman who took me seriously, didn't insist on speaking with my husband (who delegated the entire project to me), and spelled out exactly what to expect regarding timing, costs, design, upgrades, contracts, the works. Rich is a gem!

I just wanted to let you know that despite the current stresses you must be feeling, you do have a highly satisfied customer who recognizes the excellence of your company, and by extension, you, the president.

Losing a child is terrible. I can't even imagine the guilt the parents must feel. That being said, pools are inherently dangerous, and so are bathtubs for that matter. I don't know the facts, but I do have a reasonable amount of faith in the legal system Expensive, time consuming, stressful--but ultimately okay.

As you know, I foolishly left Shoreline Pools Service, Inc. after four very successful years of service and have since returned. Shoreline isn't inexpensive, but your staff has always provided outstanding service. As a working, commuting to New York City, mother of three teenagers, I tend to have a lot of service providers around my home. Shoreline has always been the best and most reliable. It was just one part of my life I didn't have to worry about.

As you know, my husband insisted I try a cheaper pool company this year with disastrous results. I'm glad to be back. Many thanks to you and your staff.
