A Shoreline renovation begins with an on-site meeting and inspection. A Project Manager will meet you to discuss your renovation vision and inspect the existing pool, equipment and surrounding features.

After collecting information from the initial on-site meeting, the Project Manager will put together a recommendation for your swimming pool and outdoor living renovation. The recommendation will address requests discussed as well as any concerns discovered by the Project Manager. At this stage, Shoreline will identify the need for additional specialized expertise including design, drafting and engineering.

Once recommendations are discussed and agreed on, the Project Manager will review the job specifications with our Chief Estimator and deliver a formal proposal for review.

Upon approval of the renovation proposal, the Project Manager will schedule an on-site kick-off meeting to review timing, answer questions about construction and discuss pool finishes (stones, tiles, colors, etc.). This crucial step allows Shoreline to accurately order materials and parts to ensure your renovation moves on-time and on-budget.

A few days of site preparation is required for most renovation projects, some require more time depending on the terrain and/or extent of renovations. To prepare the site, the Shoreline renovation team will ensure that machines and equipment have access to the pool, protect existing landscape and structures when necessary and install temporary safety fencing as needed.

The average Shoreline Pools renovation runs 2-6 weeks depending on scope. The project timeline will be discussed at the job kick-off meeting. A dedicated Shoreline Project Manager will oversee demolition, construction, masonry and trade crews and provide regular progress updates during the renovation.
